Churches are growing fast but leaders of most churches do not have basic training to meet the pastoral needs of their congregations. We partner with organizations such as Youth for Christ and denominations to develop a curriculum and fund training programs for Christian leaders. For some pastors, the training and resources we provide will be their only formal training in ministry and will serve as a library for sermon preparation. The harvest is literally plentiful but equipped leaders are few—pray, give or share how you may be of help in this noble mission. We know that corruption and spiritual manipulations in African churches would see a decline if sound training would be made available to more church leaders.
